Troubleshooting Tips

  • If the service to be protected is not listed in the GUI, verify that the service is running first.
  • If a QSP resource fails to come in service or go out of service, check the underlying service configuration for service dependencies. If dependencies exist, make sure that LifeKeeper resource dependencies are created correctly to reflect the service’s configuration. See the Overview page for more information.
