Licensing – License Key Not Found

Symptom

After installing licensed recovery kit, the following error is logged to the Application Event Log by LifeKeeper for Windows:

“Process: Lkinit:(1832) ERROR (No. 20042) LifeKeeper for Windows Recovery Kit <licensed recovery kit> license key NOT FOUND”.

Solution

Use the LifeKeeper for Windows licensing utility to install your recovery kit license key. See Obtaining and Installing the License for information on installing a license.
