Building a Virtual Environment in OCI

Create the necessary resources on OCI. Please login to the OCI Cloud console to perform the steps below.

The region to be used is “Japan East (Tokyo)”; there is a dropdown to select the region in the upper right corner of the OCI Cloud console.
