The Install process also allows repairing the LifeKeeper for Windows software. Use this option if the software that was previously installed was accidentally deleted or if the user is performing a point release upgrade. This option copies all the files from the setup folder and prompts the user to reboot the system.

Repair LifeKeeper for Windows in the Windows Control Panel

  • In Windows Control Panel, find your list of installed programs and select SIOS DataKeeper or LifeKeeper.
  • Select Repair.

Once the repair process is complete, rebooting the system is required.
