Protecting SAP MaxDB Resources

Objective

This document is intended to aid you in installing, configuring and using the LifeKeeper for Linux evaluation product to make SAP MaxDB highly available.

There are three phases in this process:

• Configuring SAP MaxDB with LifeKeeper
• Creating an SAP MaxDB Resource Hierarchy
• Testing Your SAP MaxDB Resource Hierarchy
