Take Resource Down

When the DRBD resource is taken out-of-service, the resource state will be set to “Secondary” to restrict access to the data. The DRBD resource may be left “up” to allow synchronization to continue and to allow for faster switchover/in-service. This behavior can be changed by editing /etc/default/LifeKeeper and setting DRBD_TAKE_DOWN_ON_REMOVE to 1.

When the resource is out-of-service and still “up”, use Take Resource Down to “down” the resource on all servers.
