Intelligent Failover

Hierarchies with SAP HANA resources will failover (due to a quickCheck/recover failure) directly to a server that canfailover has verified has in-sync data. This may by-pass a higher priority server where canfailover has determined the resource may not have in-sync data. If no server is found that can failover then the hierarchy will not be moved with the resource experiencing the quickCheck failure marked OSF.
