Taking a Resource Out of Service

There are two ways to take a resource hierarchy out of service.

• Click the Operations button in the Resource Tree and select Out of Service from the drop-down menu.
  • Multiple resources can be brought out of service simultaneously with this method.

• In the Resource Tree, right-click the resource to bring in-service and select Out of Service from the context menu.

Both of these options will bring up a confirmation dialog to verify that the expected resource will be taken out of service. Clicking Out of Service in the confirmation dialog will take the resource and all parent resources out of service.
