Unextending a Resource Hierarchy

There are two ways to unextend a resource hierarchy from a server.

• Click the Operations button in the Resource Tree and select Unextend Resource Hierarchy from the drop-down menu.

• In the Resource Tree , right-click the resource to unextend and select Unextend Resource Hierarchy from the context menu. This menu option is only available on servers where the resource hierarchy is out of service.

Both of these options will bring up a confirmation dialog to verify that the expected resource hierarchy will be unextended. Clicking Unextend in the confirmation dialog will unextend the chosen resource hierarchy from the selected server.
