Based on the support agreement you have purchased, we provide technical support for various inquiries, including confirming product specifications and procedures, and troubleshooting. The content of this technical support varies depending on the lifecycle phase of the product you are using.
Full (Standard) Support Period
Includes troubleshooting for new issues (those without existing information or knowledge).
Product defects will generally be addressed by providing an updated version that includes the fix. In exceptional cases, SIOS may, at its discretion, provide a partial program fix.
Maintenance Support or Extended Support Period
The scope of the technical support will be based on existing information and knowledge.
