Troubleshooting Tips

  • If the service to be protected is not listed in the GUI, verify that the service is running first.
  • If the Generic Quick Service Protection Ark is not visible in the GUI after installation, navigate to to %LKROOT%/bin in a command prompt and execute the following command:
    • Kill lkGUIserver
