Unexpected Order of the Upper Filters List May Cause Inability to Boot or Inability to Create Page Files
Description
If the Upper Filters registry key has the Upper filters listed in any order that does not have ExtMirr last, problems can occur. On Windows Server 2022, the server will not be able to boot.
